Job duties  :

The role of this level engineering position is to move from learning and assiting other to learning to contribute independent. Associate engineers are expected to be familiar withthe company methodologies well,, Its typically directed from senior level engineets and who might review both resultss and methods. Limited tasks , decisions on routine, that may effect the team , supplier or internal custojemrs may be made by this position Challenges incluing meeting expectation is delivering results, learning to consider alternative courses of actions, making decisions timely and communication skill should be develop.

You may work in any number of funtional area requiring an engineering degree but not limited to product design development and research, reliability  , manufacturing process applications and installation facilities.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform needs analysis and initiate ideas

• evaluate new products, processes systems;

• communicate results to customers suppliers team members, and other business units

• Individuals in this  position might be expect several assignments allowing them to gain experience

• They will be expected to apply therory and concept in the assigned area.

• Associate engineers must build an understanding of how and what decisions are make with thier working group or organization

• To be responsible for applying decision to technology theoru and design or development

• Manage their own develoment, continuously and experience

• key learnign comes from gaining experience in product process and system

Experience :

• Require bacherlors degree in engineering or computer science or material science 

• 1 to 2 year of relavant engineering experience or masters or doctorate degree in an engineering or computer science
